MCS Pressure Washing uses premium proprietary siloxane-silane sealant for maximum protection for your surfaces.
The sealant fills your concrete/paver pores and stays there, preventing moisture from affecting the material.
Sealer serves as guard to prevent staining or easy clean up from unwanted spills.
Paver wash and seal usually requires the extra step of sanding after the wash is complete and before sealing.
Paver sand, also referred to as joint sand, helps lock pavers into place and hardens when it is activated with of proprietary paver sealant. Making your pavers sturdy by holding them in place.

MCS Pressure Washing sealers offer many different types of finishes:
Penetrating Sealers, meaning they soak into the concrete, leaving no visible trace of sealer once it dries. Also, the sealer leaves the original grip to the concrete preventing it from becoming slippery. Recommend on broom or regular finished concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios.
Semi-Gloss Sealer comes in penetrating and film forming. This sealers leaves a darker color tone to the surface and will slightly enhance the shades in colored concrete or pavers. Recommend on broom or regular finished concrete you want to darken, stamped concrete, or pavers.
Wet-Look Sealer comes in penetrating and film forming. The sealer leaves dark tones and fully enhances colored concrete or pavers. Recommend on stamped concrete and pavers.
MCS Pressure Washing does suggest sealing post washing, but customers do not have to seal concrete. Sealing serves as a protected and can increase the life of you concrete 10+ years!
